CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER AND CO-FOUNDER
Aldric Chang, a creative entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience in the media industry, is also the Founding Managing Director of the MediaFreaks group – an award winning tech new media and 3d animation studio credited with projects for prominent clients such as Western Digital, Nokia, Hewlett Packard, Discovery, National Geographic, Darlow Smithson Productions, Southern Star Australia, Natural History New Zealand, Pilot Pen, Disney and more.
Aldric has headed and overseen the production of more than two hundred projects to date. Some landmark projects include documentaries Man Made Marvels, Mega Structures, the award-winning Super Cell documentary from Southern Star, Secret of the Battleship Yamato, Master of the Sea, Ring of Fire, The Assassination of JFK and more.
In 2008, Aldric led a programming and graphics team in creating The Travels of Wiglington and Wenks Virtual World which picked up more than 200 positive reviews and several prestigious awards.
Aldric is well-versed in internet marketing and consulted by multi-national companies to drive traffic to their websites using Search Engine Optimization / Marketing and other IM strategies.
He is currently serving on the Advisory Board for the Management Development Institute of Singapore as a board member to advise the school on ways to improve their curriculum in response to market needs.
In Swag Soft, besides business development and marketing efforts, Aldric is also the creative brain behind many in-house games and apps and leads the creative team in producing fun and innovative products.

CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER AND CO-FOUNDER
Working alongside Aldric, Chee Yong was the Co-Executive Producer of the award-winning Travels of Wiglington and Wenks Virtual World.
He graduated from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore with a Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, specializing in computer game programming and began his career in the digital media and computer games industry working on 3D mobile games in HI Corporation – a listed Japanese company, subsidiary of Japan’s mobile giant NTT DoCoMo.
During his stint there, Chee Yong worked on various titles by well known international game publishers. The experience gained and his exposure to the vibrant video games industry of Japan led him to recognize an emerging genre within the gaming industry – edutainment games with educational elements incorporated into the games.
He was later promoted to a senior position in HI Corporation and after five years, decided to move closer to his passion for games by joining MediaFreaks Pte Ltd and subsequently founding Swag Soft with Aldric Chang.
Chee Yong is part of the Technical Committee for the Interactive Digital Media formed by the WDA (Singapore Work Development Agency) in helping to endorse and validate standards for competency requirements in the industry for game development.
In Swag Soft, Chee Yong guides and helms the programming team to ensure the quality delivery of games and applications.
Apart from his role as CTO, Chee Yong also lectures at UniSIM for their iPhone development course.
